They also know what inventory is on the horizon and can preview homes that are not yet listed.
Our listing agents know how to get short sales approved and closed. They have worked with numerous banks and are guides through what can be a complicated and confusing process.
We currently service AHMSI, Bank of America, Chase, HSBC, OneWest Services, LLC, Wells Fargo (PAS) and various outsources management companies, such as Integrated Asset Services, National Default Services, Old Republic REO, Precision Asset Management, PMH Financial and FAREO, to name a few. We are set up with RESNET, Equator, REO Source, REO Connection, National REO Brokers and other national companies. We are members of NAR, CAR, REOMAC and five MLS boards.
